Ever feel "stuck?"

Feeling "stuck" manifests in the body, unconsciously. You don't have to feel that way

Struggle manifests out of inner and outer experiences large and small. Sometimes we have no idea that we have been at battle, until we find ourselves suddenly feeling "stuck."

The statement I hear most often in my office upon entering therapy is a simple one: "I feel stuck." Do you feel this way? You have already begun the journey toward healing…or you're about to get there.  Let's talk.

Specializing in the psychosomatic experience, I integrate knowledge of emotion, stagnancies, and blocked feeling in the physical body. Formal studies of mice in mazes even shows that memory is not stored in the brain…it's stored in the body! What are you holding onto?

How It Works:
I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups. My therapeutic stronghold lays in relationship work (with self and with others), existential work, conflict awareness (inner and outer), and insight fostering. Those lightbulb moments where everything suddenly becomes clear is a palpable moment, an "a-ha," a surge of insight, a flash of knowing into who you are, where you've been, and where you are going (consciously and unconsciously). Maybe you don't want to reach this moment in the therapy room. And that is just fine. I work at your pace. You are the one in control. Empowering isn't it?
